Controlling where links open
I'm using Logos 8 on both Windows and Mac. I've searched all over for a way to control this and I can't find it, but I also can't help but think this must be easy to do.
I have a Bible window open reading a passage. In a separate window, I have a commentary or something like the New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge for all its cross references. When I hover over a scripture reference in the NON-Bible windows, It shows me the verse in a popup. If I want to read the context around it and I click on the verse, my Bible window shifts to the new location.
What I would LIKE is to have the new scripture text open in a popup window, so I can read both that AND my original Bible passage at the same time.
I feel like I'm missing something simple in the program settings. Thanks in advance for your time in answering!

Try opening a new Bible panel, then turning on the "Send hyperlinks here" panel menu option. Then, all links you click will open in that panel (not a popup window) without navigating your primary Bible panel.
https://wiki.logos.com/Send_Hyperlinks_here (but note that the screenshots are out-of-date and the panel menu is now opened from the three dots at the right of the panel)
