Bug: Resource Panel "Loading" (Web App footnote issue)

This morning I clicked a footnote link in the Logos web app (using Safari 13.0.3) and then, in the footnote popup, I clicked the link for the resource cited.  A new "Resource Panel" opened with a "Loading" message.  Despite several minutes of loading time, nothing ever loaded.

(When I clicked the actual page number link in the footnote popup, the page from the resource cited loaded normally in a new panel, as expected.)

By contrast, when I try the same behavior using the same resource in the L8 Desktop application, clicking the link for the resource cited displays the popup with the bibliography information, rather than generating a new panel that displays an endless "loading" message.

Screen shots appear below, for reference:

L8 Desktop displays this popup when I click the link for The Works of John Newton

    I bump

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
