New ADD TAGS TO NOTES function could be made a little easier

I'm very excited and thankful about the ability to add tags on mobile. However, the process by which tags are added could be improved significantly. I don't understand the need to click the edit tags kebab to ADD a tag. It's too cumbersome. Why not let the kebab actually be for editing tags, and place the ADD tags functionality next to the add anchors function. It could be made to look just like the add anchor section, except it would say TAGS instead of anchors.
