Faithlife Sermons Audio not uploading

Hi, it is possible that because the website has been updated with some new ways of doing things that there are bugs, namely, that I cannot upload mp3s to my sermons on the sermons.faithlife.com site as I have done for almost 3 years.

The sermon is published (https://sermons.faithlife.com/sermons/503574-remembrance-sunday-2019) but the audio is not.

When uploading I have a circle with a rotating blue giving an indication it is uploading but it does not. I tried it with other audio files also without success.

Is there a fix?

Hi Myke, actually, no. First in Logos from which I published the sermon. But it is on the website I add the audio.

Sorry for the issues! We are looking into this report and will get back to you. We did make some changes here so perhaps a bug slipped through

I'm sorry you were having difficulties. I'm looking into your issue and I see that you do have an audio file published at the link you provided (https://sermons.faithlife.com/sermons/503574-remembrance-sunday-2019). Is this the file you had trouble publishing, or were you trying to add another file?
