How to get Word Lists Feature

I recent saw a video demonstrating the use of "Word Lists." I use Logos 8 basic and do not have that feature.

I tried searching for it in the Feature upgrade packages but could not find it listed.

What is the most economical way to obtain this feature?

Word Lists appear to be included with the Starter Base Package

Word Lists are available to everyone without needing to make a purchase. How are you attempting to create a new Word List?

OK. I found it today by clicking New in the Document tool.
