I have one more new computer question.
Most of my books have downloaded. A few say, "downloading" but the little blue dot that is typically there when books are downloading is not there. Is this a problem?
It's difficult to know what you've done without referring to parts 1 & 2, but I saw your comment "Called tech support and they fixed me up. Life is good".
What did they do and what was the problem?
Did you install "Everything" initially, or did you choose a smaller set?
Do you have access to resources on the old computer?
They walked through a number of steps. Hard to say which one fixed the problem.
So, all your problems are fixed?
