It says - "Note: Due to licensing restrictions, the New Jerusalem Bible can only be sold to customers whose billing address is in the United States or Canada."
However, it seems that I am able to place a pre-order for this product even though I am not from the United States or Canada.
My question: Is there an issue with the pre-order system? What if I did pre-order? Would I be charged and not get the resource?
