The Gospel of Matthew is not available in this series from Logos. A supervisor in Tech Support indicated it is a copyright, which admittedly is not a Logos issue. But, that significant fact is not noted on the product page. From the dating of the support page comments this situation has occurred since 2017. I do not make a habit of checking such details when I make a purchase. I probably should have done a more through review of the included texts. But it was listed as 90 volumes and I made an assumption that something of that import would have been noted by a company that proclaims it is focused on customer service and providing the Church with the tools needed to do the work of God in the world. I expected better from Logos. Now I just need to know what the actual situation is, what the solution is to rectify this omission and I would deeply appreciate and explanation as to why this has not been rectified for 2 years.

Also, it is not good business to put bad links on the support page. The listed email for support on the Logos web page goes to a no longer monitored site. That is simply sloppy.

I appreciate that copyright issues are complex. A simple explanation would have helped greatly.

Thank you,

Amelia Price

Does the following link work for you?

    https://www.logos.com/product/162594/matthew-introduction-translation-and-notes

It was last on sale during March Madness 2019 for $33 USD.

As is so often the case, the search engine on the Logos, Noet, ebooks.faithlife websites will not adequately locate books that are actually available on those sites.  For instance, scroll down to the Product Details and click on either of the authors names (Albright, Mann) and both will display zero results.  Yet, obviously the book is available!  Clicking on the "By" link for the authors under the title of the resource will also display zero results.  Alternatively, try typing Albright in the Logos search bar and you will receive 32 potential books that match your search criteria, but not this resource.

I hope you didn't pay full price?

Missing Matthew has been an issue as long as I've been around (with the Logos app). I think, technically, it was Anchor Bible and Doubleday publisher.  I can't remember if Logos.com noted it in earlier web pages.

The current harim-scarim sort on books included certainly is typical for them. Most commentaries are missing volumes, and you'd want to easily see which are missing. You're right.
