I have been going through the John Piper "LABs" and notice that about half the time when I watch the video, the text that includes the follow-up questions are there. I don't always interact with them, so this is not a big deal, but when I do want to make a note, most of the time the interactive boxes are not there, but only the video is. Then when I advance (hit continue) it will go to the next lesson, and the video will not be there, just the text. 

Today, I started another course and the video was present, but the text of the dialogue below was not. Has anybody else noticed this inconsistency? I am tired of trying to advance, then go back several times to get the text & video to sync up.

    I'm not able to reproduce this. Are you using the Courses Tool? What OS? For me, they show up when I use LABs. Can you provide a screenrecording so I can see what you are doing? You can use a free program like https://www.screentogif.com/downloads.html on Windows or https://giphy.com/apps/giphycapture on macOS to record it. This might help in trying to reproduce the bug.

    I am currently using a MacBook Pro with the most recent OS (Catalina). I am also using the latest version of Logos, however, this problem has been consistent for several years, I am just tired of having to deal with it. The server is not allowing me to upload the video capture of this happening, I am attempting to send you the video directly on Faithlife, but was not able to.

    Weirdest thing, but has started working now. I am not sure what changed, but I watched one of the videos this morning & continued to the next & the syncing seemed fine. I have no idea why, cause I have not done anything different.

    Hi Philana, I am having the same issues again, but was unable to upload a video. I did, however, upload the video to youtube (unlisted), which you can find here. I hope this is something that you can help me with.

    I am having issues with this again. I had to buy a new MacBook Pro yesterday, and after loading the L8 on the new laptop, I went to do my video courses this morning and now I cannot get the text to come up at all with the video, so that I can follow along. I tried messing with the Program Scaling & the Content Scaling, which had worked before, it does not now. I bought a 13" MacBook Pro, it is up to date on the OS, and I have the most up to date L8. Can someone help me with this? It really helps me to follow along reading with the video courses.
