That would be because the Gold deal was only valid for three days.......

I think the Gold package offer was just for three days and ended on 28 November. The picture at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/186022/1076879.aspx#1076879 seems to confirm this

If so you might want to contact Logos Sales department directly and see if they can help
