In trying to export a list from the Library Panel, I get no "copy to clipboard" option. Is it supposed to work this way? If so, why?

What kind of copy are you expecting? Plain text? A grid? Some sort of spreadsheet?

You can't. Your only option is to do so via the FL website, and only if you both have compatible settings (i.e. both belong to the same group).
