And no, both are commentaries. One is Teaching 1 Timothy (from teaching the Bible series) and the other with less options is the FBOTM Brazos Theological Commentary on Acts.

It likely would not have fewer options if you moved into the commentary section so that a Bible reference was available.
What matters is that the first one has an active reference that is a Bible reference, and the second has an active reference that is a page number. There's not a whole lot to be done with a page number.
