Why are some references (full chapters) not links? They are all links in the passage list itself.

    The export doesn't include any hyperlinking at all. It's just plain text. The hyperlinking is a function of RefTagger which is set up to run on posts in the forum. If I recall correctly, RefTagger skips references that don't include a verse in order to cut down on false positives.
