"Father" in Odes 1:2 Tagged as referring to Terah

"Father" in Odes 1:2 is tagged as referring to Terah...Is that accurate? I don't think it is, but maybe someone can explain the reasoning?

If anyone, that should be Amram, the father of Moses. Terah, who is Abraham's father, is wrong.
