I'm trying to choose between which of these two courses to get and both look interesting. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I can't compare the two as I have only taken History of Heresies which I have found quite good. It helped remind me of some things that I had previously been taught and I learned some new things as well.
You can’t go wrong with Bird’s CH351 course.
