LOGOS (Not Responding) on Mac
Recently when starting LOGOS, I often have to restart it a second time and sometimes a third. There seems to be a glitch in its loading on my Mac. It's also become incredibly slow. I've cleared my memory and checked my internet - so this does not seem to be the issue. This morning it took three loads, and as I'm working in Sermon Editor, I'm unable to get Key Topics and Key Passages to load. I type in the description, nothing happens. I don't have time to stay there so I went on without this information in my sermon editor.

Hi John,
To diagnose the problem, you'll need to post the logs to this thread. For how to enable logging and gather the logs, see my signature line.

Go for the nuclear option - completely delete Logos from your Mac, and reinstall. I did this last night with my MacBook Pro, and it helped significantly.

Not good advice without better diagnosis of the trouble. Furthermore, the “nuclear“ option is more than simply deleting the software engine, so more instructions might be needed
