Concordance errors

I am learning to use the concordance, and I'm noticing some very odd things. Take this screenshot:
The left pane is a search for every occurrence of the article in NA28. The right pane is a concordance of the biblical text of NA28. They clearly do not match. What am I missing here? The concordance presents the info in ways that don't seem logical.

Does it help to switch Concordance to show Lemmas, not Words? (This would show the same results as your lemma Morph Search.)

Thank you! Yes, that's what I anticipated. I would argue that for biblical language texts, lemma ought to be the default. In any case, thanks for the help!
