Bug: 8.9 SR1 Some controls don't have tooltips

I wasn't sure what one control did. It didn't have a tooltip, so I had to spend a few minutes consulting the wiki, the support website, then the in-app help (where I finally found an explanation).

I started hovering over other controls and discovered more that are missing tooltips.

While the purpose of some of these controls might seem obvious, it might be helpful for the UI to consistently offer tooltips for all controls.

Any chance of a case being opened for this issue? Not every control is necessarily intuitive/understandable; more tooltips would help, thanks!
