BUG (omission) in documentation and question

from documentation on the Bible Sense Lexicon:
[quote]A glossary of Bible Sense Lexicon relationships is included at the end of this documentation; however, we will examine the two most prominent Bible Sense Lexicon relationships here. These two relationships are synonymy and “kind of” relationships (more technically called hypernym-hyponym relationships)
Jeremy Thompson, Bible Sense Lexicon: Dataset Documentation (Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2015).
PROBLEM: synonymy is not listed in the glossary of relationships
QUESTION: is there any place that exposes the relationship between terms?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
