ACKNOWLEDGED BUG? or a simply an annoyance in positioning of TOC

When I use a TOC, I expect to be able to see and identify to TOC entry I am on, and a bit of the TOC before and after where I am. But in this example, I am copying the text of an entry two past the final entry showing in the TOC. To not be able to see current and upcoming is extremely annoying.

I think what is happening here is that you scrolled over TOC pane which didn't change the milestone. If you scroll to the next article in the text area it should bring your current location in the TOC into view. Does this not work?

It works but it never shows me what is upcoming because the TOP line of the text is the BOTTOM line of the TOC. It makes more sense for the current location to be somewhere near the middle.
