Suggestion: Modify TOC controls for easier TOC expansion
I have a problem both on my iPhone and iPad Pro. If I'm trying to navigate to a particular place in a book via the TOC, it's very difficult to tap on just the right spot to make the TOC expand, instead of opening to that section.
That is, some books have the first tier of their TOC as sections, and then you must tap to expand the sections out to see the chapters. Or the Anchor Bible Dictionary (and others) have the first TOC tier as letters, and you have to tap to open the letter A to see all the entries Aaron and so on. This is a real problem with Greek/Hebrew lexicons.
The problem is, the tap area to expand the TOC is too small and not obviously enough marked, and half the time it simply takes you to the section/heading instead of expanding the TOC.
Please redesign this to make it easier to expand the TOC, perhaps even an Expand All button? Or the standard triangle pointing right (unexpanded) which you click to expand, and the triangle points down?
