How can I create user slide templates for Logos 8 sermon editor?
While Logos 8 Sermon editor will let the user add single slides with a custom background image, there is no way to use a user created slide as a template, and then apply this style to other slides in my sermon. I requested the ability to do this as a feature request in the Spring, but this has not been implemented.
Would any one have a work around on how to manually create new slide styles with backgrounds and fonts, and then incorporate them into the Logos 8 sermon editor media library as templates for future slides?
Thanks for your help.
Richard.

Richard,
I would think that the best workaround would be to create the template in whatever presentation software you use (Keynote, PowerPoint or Proclaim) then apply your slide style after it is exported from Sermon Editor.
I also have communicated with Faithlife about the redundancy of editing slides after they are exported from Proclaim. It makes my presentation look the way I want, but my archive of the sermon does not look like the presentation when it was delivered. [:(]
Making Disciples! Logos Ecosystem = LogosMax on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11), Android app on tablet, FSB on iPhone & iPad mini, Proclaim (Proclaim Remote on Fire Tablet).

If it's possible to duplicate a slide, then duplicating the slide with the custom background image a bunch of times and adding your content onto those seems a feasible workaround if you want the custom background for presentations you haven't created yet.
