Option to turn off pop up dialogue boxes??

I have highlighted some sections in my ESV and I am looking at the corresponding sections in the Greek text (which are also highlighted.  Every time I move the cursor over a word in the highlighted Greek text I get an annoying popup dialogue box which says "corresponding annotation from ESV"

The box pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME I move the cursor over a word and, it blocks some of the text I'm trying to read.  Can I turn this dialogue popup off?

Matt, what you describe would be frustrating. I used the setup you describe all the time and I've never seen a pop up box with a message like that.

I've also been trying to duplicate what you are seeing but I have not yet been successful. Every time I hover over the NA28 I get the parsing of the word and the basic meaning of the word in English. I also have my information panel open to "update on hover" but the other option is to "update on click".

What Greek Bible are you using?

Could you possibly post a screenshot?

You can see in the screenshot that I posted that the dialogue box popup completely blocks the section I am trying to move my cursor over (in order to get the parsing).  This happens in both the NA28 and the UBS5.  If I increase the font size of the text, the dialogue box popup grows correspondingly larger.

Thanks for posting that Matt. I believe that behavior was added in L8 so that people would know where the highlight originated. As I said before I've never personally seen it pop up while using Logos myself but I know that it does happen. Unfortunately I'm not sure if there is a way to remove that pop up box. I read someplace that it only pops up temporarily and then disappears. Is that what happens with you?

Of course one option would be to temporarily turn off the corresponding highlights from your ESV but I'm guessing you probably won't want to do that.

    Logos support: bump

    Hi Matt

These forums are principally user help to user in difficulty and queries may only be responded to by Fathlife staff if they notice a post in passing. Usually only posts with 'Bug' in the title attract their attention.

A quicker way to solve your problem would be to give them a ring and speak to customer service. If you are not in the US then Skype provides an economic means to call their number.
