Continued Random Crashes

Greetings,

It seems that I cannot keep the program open very long before it freezes up and I need to force quit. Perhaps I should have not been so hasty in deleting my Libronix files! This has been the least stable that I have experienced in a long time. Any help is appreciated. You guys are doing a great job, keep it up!

If it's crashing when you type in the command bar, the fix is here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/18663/140849.aspx#140849

Other than that guess, we can't do much to fix issues unless we have logs to tell what's really going on. You can find a link to how to post logs in my signature under the FAQ link, item #6.

Hi Tom,

Did the logs I attach get through properly? If not I can re-send them. I also tried to re install the application and get the same results.

I open the program...it signs in and then freezes up...the circular arrows on the "sync" in the upper right hand corner of the home page quit moving and then I must force quit. This happens every time I open Alpha 22.1

Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum.

The developers need logs to assist with tracking down crashes and force quits.

Instructions are in the post at the top of the Forum list marked ' How to report bugs'

If it is not to late you might consider deleting your post and putting it into a new thread - it always best to keep one thread per subject or problem.

Yes, you did attach the logs successfully. It seems the crash you are experiencing is related to the Lectionary Home Page tool. See the link I posted earlier in the thread for the workaround. I wrote the previous post without actually checking to see if you had attached logs.

If you have other crashes, please let us know.
