BUG: Incomplete selection list without indication

In building the Read the Fathers reading plan (7 pages per day from ANF et. al.) I am in a section where typing in reference does not work (it did in the first portion). So I am selecting the text and picking the reference name under selection. However the selection list is incomplete:

Actual list in TOC order should be (missing items in bold)

  • The Epistle of Maria the Proselyte to Ignatius
  • The Epistle of Ignatius to Mary at Neapolis, near Zarbus
  • The Epistle of Ignatius to St. John the Apostle
  • A Second Epistle of Ignatius to St. John
  • The Epistle of Ignatius to the Virgin Mary
  • Reply of the Blessed Virgin to this Letter
