custom reading plan as a home screen card?

Is there a way to make a card in the home screen from my custom reading plan?

    Ken if you click the little + symbol in a circle to the top right of the cards, you should see an option to add a reading plan. Does your plan appear in that list that appears after clicking 'Reading Plan'?
