Accessing Shared Reading Plans

I am trying to share some pre-generated Logos 8 reading plans with the group I created on faithlife.  I can easily share a reading list via Logos 8 with the group, but we can't keep to figure out how to access the reading plan in Logos 8 for other members of the group.  In other words, while my Logos 8 reading plans show I have shared the reading list, other members don't see it when they log into Logos 8 apps (mobile, web or desktop) or their Faithlife app.  The only way they can find it is via the actual faithlife website.  Is there a way for these shared reading lists to appear as work cards on the dashboard of Logos (preferably the mobile app) for all the group members involved?

Hopefully that question made sense.

To clarify, pre-generated means it's one of the reading plans that comes with the basic version of Logos 8 and the only resource needed the King James Version of Logos 8 which comes free with the program.  So it's not a resource availability issue i'm talking about.

Did you ever figure out a good resolve for this? I'm struggling to figure this out amongst other things regarding shared Reading plans...

Unfortunately no.  Last time I tried (6 months ago or so) I still had to share the plan via Logos but then people had to go into their faithlife website account to accept the plan.  I've actually switched over to the Bible App (formerly You Version) for our shared plans as there is a significant difference in user friendliness and a large selection of daily devotionals that work well for groups.   I use Logos for everything else still though, including my personal bible reading plan.  It's a little unfortunate that Faithlife/Logos doesn't have a desire to correct this issue.

If you open the Docs menu and select the Groups tab, you should see a list of reading plans shared in the groups you have access to (you can filter by group in the facet menu if you want)

If you right-click a reading you should be able to add it to your docs and then the plan should be available to use

Does this give you what you are looking for?

but we can't keep to figure out how to access the reading plan in Logos 8 for other members of the group.

When you create the Plan, choose  your Group instead of by myself. It is then broadcast to members via My Faithlife, their Dashboard in Logos (as well as the Docs menu), the main Bible app (probably others) and an Email reminder with the Reading!
