Visual Copy window is empty

I'm on Logos 8 for Mac (8.10.0.0032) and when I highlight a verse, right click, and select visual copy, a window pops up, but there is nothing in that window. It is completely blank. I have used visual copy a lot in the past but it has been several  months since I last used it. I'd simply like to be able to use it again.

I tried to attach a screen shot but for some reason I get an error when I try to post with a screen shot.

This is an “online only” feature. Are you connected? Are your settings appropriate? Have you restarted your computer?
