PHIL GONS, RICK BRANNAN et.al. These are threads I'd really like to see answered
Yes, I realize that many of you got well deserved time off over the holidays. Unfortunately, the forum questions didn't take a break so I was pleasantly surprised at the number of questions the staff got through yesterday. However, there are a few threads I am concerned may get missed for which I really want a Faithlife response:
- a case where the documentation uses a term for which I cannot find a definition: What is the definition of aphtarot/aftarot as related to Hebrew manuscripts?
- a case where content of a tool has been changed in an inappropriate manner: Misleading information in the Canon Comparison tool
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I'd like to see all threads answered not just a couple pushed ahead of the cue by an MVP. All users deserve answers from FL, It's not a good look for MVP's to be pushing there own agenda ahead of the people they are supposed to be serving by calling out to senior FL staff to give attention to their posts ahead of others. Any post regarding an issue with a financial transaction should be get highest priority for response and resolution. Bugs in order of date reported should then get highest priority in terms of a response and resolution time will of course vary, all other posts should then be responded to in order of date reported.

Once I week I go through all the unanswered posts that are older than one week old and bump them to insure they get a response. And, if one pays attention, the FL staff does a good job of responding to the unanswered posts. I believe that is sufficient evidence of my position on getting all posts an appropriate response.
The two posts that I highlighted were not tagged as "BUG" or "DATA ERROR" as forum posts requiring FL responses normally are. And at various points in time SEAN, KYLE, RICK, ELI, PHIL have all asked that particular types of errors be brought to their attention by the use of their name in the title line. The MVP below my name was irrelevant to my choice of how to highlight the threads.
You are free to react however you wish to my choice of how to handle the situation. I will listen to any feedback and apply my best judgement - right or wrong.

Bumping a post is not the same as specifically calling out posts you want to get attention on sooner than others. I was not making a judgement on your intentions; the fact you consider MVP below your name is irrelevant to my calling out the perception you have created by doing that is what is of concern. If you had of made the same plea using a secondary non MVP account I would have received your post differently as I have no issue with you desiring your posts to receive attention, that is the whole point of you making them in the first place.
