Search Not Working

Is anyone else experiencing zero results from searching? I wanted to search for the word "faith" in the ESV in all passages. I input the word "faith" and nothing. Search says 0 results in .13 seconds. So I entered "God" and nothing. No matter what I enter I get 0 results. Please help if you can. 

All settings are correct I'm searching Bible not Basic search and so on. Logos 8 has really frustrated me lately as I have just recently begin to use it, though I purchased it last year. I really want to down grade back to Logos 7. Is there a way I can do that?

I know I'm rambling, sorry. But even the way the right click searching used to be is all different, confusing and frustrating. Word search and finding simple things like interactive media is all compartmentalized in some other sub-section instead of being under Tools readily available like it used to be. This really sucks saints! Help me out please. Thanks.

    It took me a while to get used to the new Tools menu. Two things that I found helpful were:

    Using the find box at the top of the tool menu to search for what you're looking for. E.g. media will find the Media tool.

    Right-clicking on one of the tools and select "Pin to top" so my favorite tools would appear at the top of the tools menu.

    Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

    I usually find it easier to provide answers if a screen shot of the Search is included in the post. Possible answers:

    1. Is your system indexing? If so, your results are unpredictable until the indexing is complete.
    2. Do you accidentally have "match case" set?
    3. The index for the ESV may be corrupted. Deleting the resource; restarting to let it index; undelete the resource; restart to let it index may resolve the problem ... this is the last resort type of solution.

    As MJ stated, a screen shot of the search would help us help you. Also, does a Bible search for faith work in any of your bibles? Does a Basic search for faith provide results?
