I've failed to post working links lately in these forums. What is the correct protocol to get a working link in my posts? And are there multiple ways to do so?
You can simply paste the URL, followed by a space (to activate the link), or use the Insert Link icon in the toolbar to link existing text to a URL.
(You can tell before posting if link is active, because it will change from black text to blue/purple underlined text. If you posted a link that's not active, you can edit your previous post, move the cursor to the end of the inactive link, then tap the spacebar -- it should become recognized.)
