Just noticed this strange behaviour: Whenever I open the Canvas tool, Logos 8 becomes unresponsive and can only be closed via shutdown in Windows Task Manager. This might be connected to me not owning a Logos Base Package where Canvas is included, so the Canvas button is greyed out, yet executable.

Specs:

Logos Bibelsoftware 8.10 SR-1
8.10.0.0032

Windows 10 Home 1909

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 i5 8GB

    Hi Theolobias,

It looks like you don't have a license for that feature. The hang is a known issue and I've added this thread to the case.

I also have not updated to the full feature set yet, but have a second window titled canvas open. Any attempt to close it causes Logos to hang as well. Any way I can disable it?

    Thanks in advance [:)]
