Copying Text with highlights included

How do I copy text from a resource and have the highlights I've made included?

    Welcome to the forums. I believe that not all highlights can be transferred. You must use a screen shot

    To expand a bit... There isn’t any sort of standard to allow all applications across all platforms to understand the highlighting. You can’t, for example, make the same highlighting styles in Microsoft Word that you can in Logos. For that reason, the operating system doesn’t contain all of that formatting data. If  you stick with more basic formatting such as bold and italics, that styling may carry over with a copy and paste
