What class videos are you talking about? Can you provide more information about what you are seeing.

More info will be needed to help diagnose. What specific version of macOS? Which specific version of Logos? Can you post logs (see my signature line)?

i'm using Logos 8 on osx catalina the videos are in Chourseware CH102 the history of the modern church. I hope this helps. you click the play button and nothing happens Mike

I don't have that course to check, but I am able to play course videos in Logos 8.10 SR-1 on my Mac running 10.15.2.

Have you restarted your computer?
Have you checked your internet?
Have you checked your settings re:internet?

It may or may not reveal anything, but that isn't very specific. There have been more than 10 versions of Logos 8 and at least three versions of macOS 10.15.

If you are still having issues after the trouble shooting advice above, The techies will want to see logs. My signature line has a link to provide instructions. Your other option will be to contact Faithlife directly during business hours.
