I'm not able to reproduce this, for me the notifications open towards the left, it will open on the right, but only if the app is smaller. Do you have any scaling turned on? I tried it with some program scaling, but perhaps your settings are different. What is your monitor settings?

I think you are confused about what I wrote. The issue does NOT appear maximized (full screen). The problem only exists when "smaller."

I understand what you meant. What I meant to say is that when it does open on the right it is in the middle of the screen so it does not go off the monitor. Once I move it towards the right side of the monitor it switches to opening towards the left.
Yeah, you will need to test on a different computer.
