Teleporting Text And Other Issues

I posted this in another thread but thought I'd report my issues in the Notes forum as well because a user asked me to show specific bugs I'd like fixed in Logos.

Here is a screen recording that I captured showing some weird recurring issues. 

Issues begin at 1:18.  The text teleporting issue happens at 1:40.

This type of random thing occurs frequently and have been occurring for awhile now.

This recording was taken on my Surface Pro 6.  (i5, 8gb ram, 256gb SSD).  It has the latest version of Windows 10.  Logos is up-to-date.
