Can you compile a reading plan from and search, passage list, or wordlist?

I don't quite follow, but the answer is "no," or at least there is no automatic way of doing so.
If you have a passage list which you would like to create a reading plan from (I don't quite know what that would look like or why you would do so... please explain! [:)]), you could perhaps manually make one.
You can add readings to a custom reading plan from a Passage List using the Add button:
You can send the results of a Bible search to a Passage List using the panel menu:
