One of the common complaints re:workflows is the number of note icons created. I find this to be true in other contexts as well and the result is a base text that is difficult to read. Please consolidate note icons of the same characteristics and in the same note file to a single entry - making the icon "3-D". Then allow the user to expand/contract that multinote icon.
