BUG: Unable to Scroll to Bottom of Table of Contents
I've noticed that in various resources, there is difficulty scrolling to the bottom of the table of contents at certain times. In the attached video, you can see how that is affected by expanding and collapsing sections within the table of contents. Sometimes I can scroll to the bottom, but other times, when certain chapters are expanded, it cuts off the bottom and prevents me from getting to the bottom.

Here's a screenshot of the same problem. You'll notice that the table of contents cuts off at Chapter 44. The resource has 58 chapters.

Yes, content and program scaling are both set to 90%.
