In the Text Comparison Tool, Citations which are correct in the horizontal layout are incorrect in the vertical layout.

The Horizontal view only shows the verse number, not the chapter number as it does in the vertical view. I believe the second number is because for those resources the verse numbers are not separate the way they are for Bibles. For Bibles it shows only the verse because you can turn off that formatting for Bibles, you'll notice you don't have the ability to turn that formatting off in the OT Pseudepigrapha resource.
