Can't download
I purchased Logos 8 Fundamental but cant download the software
I have tried on my PC with windows 10 and on an iPad which claims to have the latest version
IOS 9.3.5
Any suggestions?

When you say that you cannot download, what link are you using? and what is the result. Are you getting an error of some kind?
As for the iPad, the desktop app will not run on an iPad. You would need to go to the app store and download the Logos mobile app. By the way, I do not think you IOS is supported. You need to have 12.4 or above. The latest version is 13.3

My iPad indicates, via settings, that I have the latest version.
I cant download the app. I want it on my iPad but tried on the PC .In each case I get a message that my browser is not compatible

What model of iPad do you have? Some older models don't support the most recent versions of the iPad software which could be the source of your problem.

If you just want the app on the iPad, let's not focus on the PC for now. If you want the desktop version on your PC as well what happens if you try and download it from https://www.logos.com/install ?
And as Fred mentioned they are different apps for PC and iPad - with the PC app providing much higher levels of functionality.

You indicated that you have iOS 9.3.5 which is the latest version of iOS 9. It may be that you have reached the limit of what version of iOS your device will install. In any case, the current Logos apps in the app store will not install on iOS 9. You must have iOS 12 at a minimum.

The Logos desktop application is the most powerful way of using your package - it should install without any issue on the PC. The current versions of mobile apps are limited in features and have a different look and feel as the desktop.
If your OS doesn't support downloading the latest app version, there may be a possibility of installing a legacy version that will work with the a slightly limited set of features and may not be able to display some newer resources (this may or may not affect you at all).
However, I'd suggest for the iPad you try pointing your browser to http://app.logos.com , the so-called web-app. This looks more than the desktop app and may be better suited towards a tablet display, developers are working on bringing it to feature parity with the desktop application. They're not there yet, but I think functionality surpasses the mobile app and development speed is probably the fastest between the platforms. The best thing bout the web-app is that you can use your package instantly from a browser and nearly independent of the actual device and OS you're using (at least I hope it does, assuming that your iPad runs a browser that supports all of the technology used - if Safari doesn't, maybe you could run a version of Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?)
