synching from ipad to PC

In Logos 7, notes i make on my pc synch to my iPad but notes taken on my iPad do not synch to my PC.  Any idea how I can fix this?

    You mention Logos 7

    Please advise which version of the software you are running on your PC and which version on your iPad?
