BUG: Missing scroll bar on Version River

This has been reported before: BUG: Scroll Bars Missing in Version River. Unfortunately, that report was made on May 2, 2012. It is difficult to use tools that do not work so their usage statistics unreport the actual desire to use them. With the exception of very specific, single resource type bug, I firmly believe that I should not have to wait more than 5 years for a fix - especially a fix that is a standard feature in your panels.
