Why does my name come out funny when I use the forums. (See my surname on this post)

I think he’s referring to ”Justin O'Reilly” on his forum profile. (That’s the only place I see the problem. Everywhere else, including in this thread, it looks fine.)

I don’t see that either. Perhaps the issue is related to a certain platform or browser? I am on Mac and iOS using safari for both
I suspect it is the type of apostrophe he has used ... that changing the apostrophe type would change who sees/doesn't see the problem.
Neither Justin nor you included a picture. He claims his last name is displayed "funny" even in forum posts, you indicate that the apostrophe is not rendered correctly in the forum profile. If you mean the page that comes up when clicking the user name in the forum post ( https://faithlife.com/justinoreilly/activity ), I can only say that it doesn't look like you describe but perfectly normal on my machine (using Chrome on Windows 10).
It seems to look different to different users and thus most probably be specific to the device, OS and browser used, maybe even specific to which language settings apply for any of those and possibly deeper technical things. So those who see issues need to share screenshots and detailed reproduction info, otherwise it seems impossible to clarify where it goes wrong.

Problem appears on Windows 10, Microsoft Edge, as well as iOS 13, Safari.
(Everything looks fine at his faithlife.com activity page. I see the same thing as you do.)
Aah - at this location I see the same, so maybe it's just that in this single location the profile is not displayed correctly - but then consistently across environments. I still think this is not what Justin referred to in the original post.
Yes there’s a double escaping of the ‘ making a ' appear only in some places.
Do you see it in other places besides your forum profile? That's the only place I noticed it. Your forum threads and posts look fine to me.
If it's showing up wrong elsewhere, could you include a screenshot please, so we can see where it's happening for you? (Also let us know what operating system and browser. Thanks!)
