Have the verse that you are reading highlighted

Is it possible to have the verse you are reading to be highlighted? I do not mean to physically highlight the verse, but as you scroll your mouse wheel down the chapter, have the verse highlighted automatically to make reading it easier. Thank-you in advance for the help you provide.
