Link Set Not Working
I'm teaching a Bible study on Daniel and have created a Saved Layout for it in my Logos Desktop App (on a Windows 10 PC). I have the Bibles and Commentaries linked to each other. They are part of the same link set. But, for some inexplicable reason, at this moment, my Bible and one of my commentaries (Walvoord, Daniel the Key to Prophetic Revelation) are not scrolling together. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the information panel index section for Walvoord to make sure it hase a Bible index. You access the information panel through the Panel Menu (kebab or 3 dots at the right).

Where would I find any reference to whether it has a Bible index in the Panel Menu?

The resource in question says that it has Bible and Page indexes.

Okay, that eliminates the most common cause of this question. Can you post a screen shot of the Bible and the Commentary ... with the link set and the current position reference box showing?

Thanks. I had to do two separate screenshots.

The screenshot shows the resources synced. Did you manually do that?

Yes, I manually did that. However when I advance in one of the resources - either the bible or the commentary - the other does not scroll along with it. I've never had this happen before. Usually linked resources scroll together. This is not happening now for some unexplained reason.

The Bible tab does not have the marker for the linked set.
I suspect that the problem is with the structure of the commentary but haven't yet seen the proof .... I need to see it "in its natural state" rather than manually synced. OR show the TOC.

I posted two screenshots. The first shows the marker for the linked set on the bible tab.

I wondered about that - but assumed it was due to having so many tabs open that the linkset indicator got squeezed out.
To illustrate:
The linkset indicator is shown below
but shrinking the window a little caused the indicator to disappear

The question then is does the commentary have a milestone for the verse that you have scrolled to? i.e. does Valvoord's structure include all of Daniel or selected parts of Daniel?

All of Daniel. But here is an update: for some inexplicable reason, it started scrolling again. It appears to be working now. It did not last night. But now they are tracking together. I can't explain it. I'm sorry for all the bother. Hopefully, it will continue to work as it is. Is this phenomenon known to have happened before (i.e., a link set will just stop working only to resume working later)?

No, but occasionally a book has an error in milestones that results in this behavior for particular references.
