Search Collection Broken in Verbum App?

Greetings,

I have recently noticed searching collections no longer works in the mobile app. Even though the option to choose a collection is present, the actual search produces no results. Oddly, it presents a Range filter, which applies to Bible searches, but in this case, I’m searching for words, not passages.

in fact, even when searching the entire library, the app thinks I am doing a Scripture search.

I remember this feature working well before. Has something changed?

Thanks, Graham. Here is what I see even when searching the entire library:

All of the search results are from the Scripture; it's not searching the non-Scripture books in this collection, even though most of them are monographs. FYI, here is what the collection looks like:

When I run that search against the whole library, nearly all of the results in the first five-six screens worth of information are from Bibles but then I see other resources as well.

Have far down did you scroll in the results?

Thanks for your response. I had hoped the most recent update would fix the issue, but that does not seem to be the case. As you can see from the screenshot, I am searching a collection called Patristics, which contains the Fathers of the Church series, but Verbum thinks that this is a Scripture search and is trying to narrow down the passage. The search works fine from the desktop app.

Father Moses, please do the following:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem” A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.

We can then look into this further and reply to your email.

Hmm. This seems to have been resolved... by making it impossible to search this Collection in the Verbum Android app. Or I'm messing something up.
