Any way to change default highlighter in iOS?

Is there any way to change default highlighter in iOS? 

I rather use SOLID COLORS rather than the default HIGHLIGHTER. I know I can click the horizontal ellipsis (...) and go to RECENTS or find my color, but this is an extra step...every time. Insights?

Sorry, no, the ones in the pop-up highlight box are hard-wired and cannot be changed.
