Tried to Download books the iPad and Once I go offline I get an error messge
The error message is that Logos cannot load the books. I really want to be able the download some of the books to my iPad so I can use them in teaching without having to use my wi-fi all of the time. If someone knows why this is happening I would appreciate the help. I have uninstalled the app and the put it back on with the same results. Works fine when on the Internet.
Thanks for the help,
Blessing

Exactly, step by step, how are you attempting to download?

Here are the steps I've taken. I find the book I wanted to download, then I click on the arrow and tell it to put it into offline mode (i.e. download). Then I opened the resource so that I could click recent items so I could tell when things had finished downloaded (rather than having to scroll the entire library). Then I have turned my wi-fi off and opened the downloaded book. Logos tells me that there is an error and it cannot open the book. I have downloaded more than one at a time.
Thanks for the help,

After you select for offline, you should click the "Done" button. The window will go away, and you will see a small circle with a down arrow on the title. When the down arrow turns into an airplane, the download is complete. Don't open the book until the download is complete.

I still have the same problem. I have not been able to download books, they say they download, but I get the message saying they cannot be opened.

I had that problem initially, but I turned off 'offline' clicked 'done, then openit is again and re-clicked on-line, and clicked done.
It downloaded the books an just to ply it safe, I 'rebooted' (told it to power down and restarted it), and now, (I haven't checked all the books) they work great agian.
