Maybe a silly CPU Geeky question...
Recently I bought a new laptop to meet a need for mobility. L8 installed fine and thankfully it runs very well. One concern I had for the new machine was for an adequate SSD capacity since my desktop machine has consumed nearly 68 GB. The laptop had more space left after installing L8 than I expected. A nice surprise! This made me curious and I found:
Desktop 67.9 GB 7,741 files in 173 folders Resources: 3,137
Laptop 33.4 GB 5,120 files in 159 folders Resources: 3,131
Why such a difference? I know 6 small PB's aren't on the new machine. The Data and Document sub-folders are essentially half size in the new laptop install. Has the desktop install just gotten bloated with useless garbage? Should it be cleaned up by uninstalling / re-install to reclaim needed space on the hard drive?
Thoughts anyone?

The Web Cache folder in the Data folder is where Logos downloads the videos you watch. If you've watched a lot of videos on the desktop, this could account for a great deal of the extra usage. You can safely delete these.

Did you specify Everything when you installed on laptop? Go to Library, click on the Sidebar icon, scroll down to Devices, and see how many are listed as Not on this device. If 3131 are listed for This Device, then you have all resources on disk. Otherwise click Not on this device, select All resources and Download from the right-click menu.
Go to the Data folder on Desktop and check the size of the Concordance folder if you make extensive use of the Concordance tool. You can also try the Delete Unlicensed Resources command in the GO/Command box.
If you still have a substantial difference in overall size, re-install Logos on Desktop using Method 3.

Thanks Levi. That's a good point... I have done a lot of videos including some Mobile Ed courses.

Thank you for these ideas Dave. I didn't specify Everything, but following your suggestion I'm good now. The Concordance tool has been a favorite of mine! I appreciate your advice!
